Join Our Affiliate Program

1. Eligibility & Approval

All affiliates must apply and be approved before promoting Oh! Goodies. We reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our discretion. Approved affiliates will receive a unique discount code and referral tracking.

2. Commission & Discount Structure

Affiliates earn 5% commission on completed, paid orders made using their unique code or referral link. Customers receive 10% off when using an affiliate's code. Affiliate codes are valid for one use per customer.

3. Self-Use of Affiliate Codes

Affiliates may use their own code once for personal purchase purposes (e.g. advertising, content creation). Commission will still be earned on this single self-use purchase. Additional personal use beyond this is not permitted.

4. Commission Calculation & Payouts

There is no minimum payout threshold at this time. Commissions are calculated monthly for the previous calendar month. Payouts are processed on the 1st of each month. Payments are made via PayPal or Wise, as selected by the affiliate.

5. Refunds, Returns & Adjustments

If an order is refunded, cancelled, or charged back, the related commission will be removed or adjusted. Adjustments may appear in the current or following payout cycle.

6. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates may promote through social media, blogs, email marketing, and paid advertising. Affiliates must not misrepresent pricing or discounts, imply an official partnership, use misleading advertising, or send spam.

7. Brand Assets & Content Use

Affiliates may use Oh! Goodies images, videos, and branding for promotional purposes. Assets must not be altered in a way that harms the brand. All content must represent the brand accurately and positively.

8. Geographic Scope

The affiliate programme is currently UK-only. Promotions should be targeted at UK audiences.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate affiliate access if terms are breached, fraudulent activity is suspected, or brand reputation is put at risk. Outstanding commissions may be withheld in cases of serious violations.

10. Programme Updates

Oh! Goodies may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

11. Independent Relationship

Affiliates are independent promoters and are not employees, agents, or partners of Oh! Goodies. Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations related to earnings.
