Question 1

How does the points system work?

Accepted Answer

Each box size comes with a set number of points: Small (7 points), Medium (10 points), and Large (15 points). Products have different point values based on their size and value. Simply select items until you've used all your points — it's like a personalised shopping spree within your allowance!

Question 2

What's the difference between build-your-own and pre-made boxes?

Accepted Answer

Build-your-own lets you handpick every item using our points system — perfect for creating something truly personal. Pre-made boxes are expertly curated gift sets ready to purchase with a single click — ideal when you're short on time but still want to send something special!

Question 3

Is a greeting card included?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Every gift box includes a beautifully printed greeting card at no extra cost. Choose from over 220 designs across 12 categories (birthdays, thank you, get well soon, and more), then add your personal message — we'll print it and include it inside the box.

Question 4

Can I send the gift directly to someone?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! At checkout, you can enter the recipient's address as the delivery address and add your own address as the billing address. The gift will be beautifully packaged with no pricing information included — perfect for surprising someone special!

Question 5

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

We offer free standard UK delivery which takes 2-3 working days. You'll select your preferred delivery date at checkout — just make sure to order at least 3 days in advance (weekends excluded). Need it faster? Add next-day delivery as an extra at checkout!
