Important Information

  • We currently deliver to all UK addresses including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Islands
  • Orders are dispatched the next working day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed Friday to Sunday are dispatched on Monday. Couriers deliver Monday to Saturday.
  • All gifts are packaged discreetly with no pricing information visible
  • Ordering more than one box? UK standard delivery is free on every box, with no limit and no extra charge — and at checkout you can send each box to a different UK address, still completely free.
  • Shipping overseas? We use low-cost tracked courier rates quoted live at checkout for your destination, and where possible your boxes travel together as one shipment to keep the cost down.

Estimated Delivery Dates & Delays

Delivery dates shown at checkout, on order confirmations and in marketing are courier estimates, not contractual guarantees. We dispatch all orders promptly on the stated dispatch date using tracked services (InPost and Royal Mail).

Royal Mail 24 aims to deliver the next working day, but delivery may take 1–2 working days. InPost standard delivery typically takes 2–3 working days from collection.

Transit times can occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including postal backlogs, peak festive seasons, transport disruptions and extreme weather. Oh! Goodies is not liable for indirect losses or disappointment resulting from a parcel arriving after the estimated date.

If you need a gift for a specific occasion, we always recommend ordering with a few days' buffer.

Alcohol & 18+ Items (Challenge 25)

Products marked with an 18+ badge contain alcohol. Under the Licensing Act 2003 it is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under 18, so both the buyer and the gift recipient must be 18 or over.

When you add an 18+ item to your box we'll ask you to confirm this. Our couriers operate a Challenge 25 policy and may ask the recipient for valid photo ID (passport, driving licence or PASS card) on delivery.

If nobody aged 18+ is available with ID, the courier may not leave the parcel and it may be returned to us. Alcohol will never be left in a safe place or with a neighbour who cannot show ID.

We reserve the right to cancel any order where we believe the buyer or recipient is under 18. Alcohol is only delivered to UK addresses.
